Who This Policy Covers

These Terms of Service apply to anyone who visits the ProCraft Exteriors website, submits a contact or estimate request, or engages ProCraft Exteriors for roofing, siding, windows, or related exterior work at properties within our service area. By using this site or requesting services, you agree to the terms described here.

Service Area and Estimates

ProCraft Exteriors operates in the greater St. Louis metro area and surrounding communities in Missouri. If you are outside our current service area, we will let you know promptly after you reach out — we would rather tell you early than waste your time.

Estimates and project proposals we provide — whether delivered in person, by email, or through this website — are good-faith assessments based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. They are not binding contracts. A signed work-authorization form, countersigned by a ProCraft Exteriors representative, is the document that governs the actual scope, price, and timeline of any project. Nothing in a verbal conversation, email exchange, or website quote changes that.

Payment Terms and Accepted Methods

Payment schedules and accepted methods are outlined in your signed work-authorization agreement. Generally, a deposit is collected before material orders are placed, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept check, major credit cards, and financing options where available. Specific terms will be confirmed in writing before work begins — if anything is unclear, ask before you sign.

Scope of Work and Change Orders

The signed work-authorization form defines what is included. If conditions discovered during the project require additional work — hidden decking damage under shingles, for example — we will document the finding, explain the options, and obtain your written approval before proceeding. Work outside the original scope is not performed without a signed change order.

Insurance Coordination

For insurance claims, ProCraft Exteriors can communicate directly with your carrier, provide documentation, and assist with the supplementing process. We do this as a service to you, not as your legal representative. You remain the policyholder of record, and any settlement decisions rest with you and your insurer. We do not guarantee specific claim outcomes.

Liability

ProCraft Exteriors holds the licensure and insurance required under Missouri state regulations for residential and commercial exterior contracting. Our liability for any claim arising from our work is limited to the value of the contracted services. We are not liable for pre-existing structural conditions, damage caused by events outside our control after project completion, or losses arising from information provided inaccurately by the property owner.

Dispute Resolution

If a concern arises about our work or billing, contact us first at info@procraftexteriors.com or (314) 965-2353. Most issues are resolved faster through a direct conversation than through any formal process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, with venue in St. Louis County.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
